These terms apply to orders placed with USA Peptide Depot by phone, call-back, or through our main store.

Products

All products are sold as laboratory materials for research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 21 years old and will handle products accordingly.

Prices and orders

• Prices are in US dollars. We confirm the final price, stock, and shipping cost before you pay.
• Volume discounts: 10% at 3+ vials, 15% at 5+, 20% at 10+. No subscriptions or auto-ship.
• We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, at our discretion.

Documentation

Each batch is tested by an independent third-party lab. A certificate of analysis (COA) for your lot is available before payment.

Guarantees

Our damage replacement and lab-test guarantees are described on the Shipping & Guarantees page and form part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate.
